The uNiche website builder uses a drag-and-drop sectional layout in conjunction with four pre-built themes, featuring a data-scraping mechanism that automatically retrieves property information from pre-existing property listings on sites like Airbnb. Users can employ this mechanism to instantly populate their site with content; alternatively, they can manually upload new information and images of their choice.

Each theme’s design can be fully customised. Users can adjust colour palettes, page layout, and navigation, the results of which are displayed in a what-you-see-is-what-you-get (WYSIWYG) editor. A site can be previewed at any stage by clicking the ‘Preview’ button. Once users are satisfied with the appearance of their site, they can make it publicly available by clicking the ‘Publish’ button, which publishes the site to a domain of the user’s choice. In the event a custom domain has not been chosen, the site will be published to a temporary domain, [username].uniche.com.
Under the website builder’s ‘Features’ tab, users can optimise individual site pages for search by entering values for their page’s URL, title tag, and meta description. cPanel access and developer documentation will be made available to users on the Enterprise plan.
