In addition to automatically triggered communications and auto-review requests, uNiche also features automatic yield management based on seasonal triggers. Users can manually assign days one of four price-modifying statuses:
Days can be marked with a status up to three years in advance; the modifiers can be either generic uNiche modifiers, or modifiers manually input by users. Users can also create yield management rules, which automatically adjust prices based on defined triggers. These can include rules based on competitors (for example, pricing 10% below the median price for Airbnbs within a defined region) or availability (for example, increasing the price by 15% when fewer than 5 days remain unbooked in a month).
